Kirsten’s reply: “Kirsten: It’s probably not grey, hair looks a lot lighter in individual strands. I often think I find blonde/white hairs on my hair but on further inspection it’s just really fine hair.”
My reply: “Kirsten, on further inspection you will find that it is hair that you have obviously missed out when tinting. Grey/white hair is hereditary, which is the case in this situation, and if the color isn’t formulated correctly/not mixing with hydrogen peroxide the color can resist to grab, especially if the hair is porous. Do your research before being a smartarse.”
